Empowering Armenian-Australian youth
The Armenian Youth Federation of Australia is a non-profit, youth-led organization dedicated to promoting Armenian culture, heritage, and values among young Armenians in Australia.
We strive to provide a space for 16-26-year-old Armenian-Australians to come together, connect with their heritage, and contribute to the community through educational, cultural, social, political, and athletic initiatives.
Purpose drives us, community unites us, identity defines us.
Events
Through social, cultural, and educational events, AYF aims to bring together Armenian-Australian youth, fostering a sense of belonging and unity among members.
Campaigns
Recognition of the Armenian Genocide and Artsakh are at the forefront of our educational and political campaigns. We believe in and fight for justice, and through our initiatives – we work towards a greater cause: a Free, Independent and United Armenia.
Programs
Our most impactful program to date is the AYF Australia Youth Corps Program in Armenia, which touches the lives of children in Armenia. Our programs provide a unique growth experience for our members.
Purpose
AYF Australia’s grounding purpose is centred around the goals recognition of the Armenian Genocide and the Republic of Artsakh. These while working towards the betterment of our homeland and strengthening our Diasporan community, while striving towards the goals of a Free, Independent and United Armenia.
Community
By joining the AYF, you become part of the AYFamily which extends over 3 regions across Australia and over 20 globally including the US, Canada and France.
Projects
AYF promotes bringing together Armenian youth of all ages together to work on the advancement of educational, political, social, cultural and athletic projects and programs. Members get to be part of diverse committees while working towards a mutual cause.
